SURFACE PREPARATION All surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust, dirt, chalk, laitance, efflorescence, rust, grease, oil and other foreign materials.
DAVIES® Epoxy Enamel is a two component, air drying, chemically- cured epoxy-polyamide interior topcoat finish. It is specially designed for industrial building and marine applications with very good resistance to acid solution, brine, solvent, and other chemicals.
A. Metal, Ferrous
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® Epoxy Primer White
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of DAVIES® Epoxy Enamel
B. Metal, Non Ferrous
Pre-treatment: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® 900 Vinyl Wash Primer
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® Epoxy Primer White
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of DAVIES® Epoxy Enamel
C. Concrete
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® Epoxy Primer White
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of DAVIES® Epoxy Enamel
D. Wood
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® Epoxy Primer White Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of DAVIES® Epoxy Enamel
